We are a home for orphaned children in Eastern Uganda in Bugiri District , In Ndifakulya village in East Africa . Since 2015, we provide housing, clothing, food, health care and education to 89 children living in one of the most poorest communities in Uganda . We have just added 16 more girls in 2024. Orphaned by war and poverty, our children live in a safe place. We believe that education is the best hope to escape the strong grip of poverty.
By December 2025, we will move the children to their permanent home on 2 acres of land which was purchased with the financial support of Wama Development Foundation Germany , a Registered Germany charity. We have completed 2 Blocks houses for children, 2 staff houses are planning tobe built and more homes to be able to house up to 60 orphans. We currently also grow our own fresh vegetables, and have plans to raise chickens. We have a drilled water source but still not finished which is at the orphanage school and if finished , we will be able to pump our water and for all the electrical needs of the orphanage and orphanage school . The next project is to install a large solar system that would enable us to cook with electricity and stop using charcoal. Very soon we will emerge the orphanage school with the orphange home to eradicate the distance for the orphans from the home to school daily .
